CCM Demonstrator DVD

As part of the official launch of the CCM Demonstrator programme an accompanying DVD was produced which illustrates the work of the CCM Demonstrators. The filmed footage covers the three Demonstrator areas and includes key interviews with staff and service users from accross the CCM spectrum
