An International Conference and Exhibition was held on the 10th and 11th November 2010 at City Hall, Cardiff. The Conference brought together professionals and practitioners from health, social care and the third sector to listen to interesting and engaging speakers. Breakout sessions were also  held to share good practice and ideas on chronic conditions management.
